Terms for E-shoppe:

E-Shoppe section is for delivery of Kasuti Sarees & other gifts out of India or within India. Please select the country in shopping cart. For countries other than US & Canada ,shipping charges will be calculated & notified by e-mail.

Payment is in US Dollars thru Credit Card:
You will be guided to order & pay thru CC Now, a Version Secured Company. CCNow.com is our credit card service providers, all orders will be charged by CCNOW, on buyer's credit card. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master card, American Express, Discover.

Terms for sending gifts to India:

• Prices are both in U.S. Dollars & Indian rupees and the gifts are delivered to 170 cities in India. Prices are lowest possible.
• The flowers can be delivered to 170 cities in India.
• The normal delivery time of the product ordered is between 10:00 am to 8.00 pm.
• If recipient is not at the given address the order is fully chargeable. ClickHubli.com reserves the right to charge the order if by any chance the recipient rejects the order for any reason.

Payment

We have two types of payment options :

1. FOR RESIDENTS OF INDIA :

     a) Payment in US dollars thru Credit Card OR
     b) Payment in Indian Rupee in Cash / Cheque / Draft 

       In case of outstation cheque please add Rs. 25 extra.
       For those in Hubli-Dhrawad, we offer Cash Payment facility.
       The cheque / draft should be drawn in favor of "Deepali Gotadke" and should be sent at  the following address :

 2. FOR RESIDENTS OUTSIDE of  INDIA : 

 a)  Payment in US Dollars thru Credit Card 

You will be guided to order & pay thru CCNow, a Verisign Secured Company. CCNow.com is our credit card service providers, all orders will be charged by CCNOW, on buyer's credit card. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Master card, American Express, Discover. Please select "other countries" option for location in the shopping cart.

• Since these items are perishable in nature, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items once. Incase the delivery is not executed during the attempt, due to wrong address/recipient not available/premises locked/refusal to accept, the customer shall still be charged for the order. Neither ClickHubli.com nor its enabling partners will be able to accept any returns of such items.
  A hand-made arrangement is always unique and may vary from the picture above. However we will ensure that your bouquet is as close as possible to the description given. ClickHubli.com is not responsible for missed/late deliveries due to curfews, acts of government, weather conditions, incorrect addresses or acts of war.  ClickHubli.com reserves the right to deny its services to any sender, without any explanation.  ClickHubli.com is not liable for more than the retail cost of item.
  
• ClickHubli.com will try its best for on time delivery; delayed/early delivery for whatever reason will not entitle the user for any damages or compensation.
  
• In spite of full caution taken at the time of delivery, ClickHubli.com will not be responsible for a miss-delivery if the receiver of the gift at the address on the order form misappropriates, damages or fails to hand over the gift to the person named on the order form and takes the item posing himself to be the correct person.
  
• The items provided on this site are without warranties of any kind. ClickHubli.com does not give warranty, that the items offered will be exactly similar. We are not responsible for any defective item.
  
• ClickHubli.com assures the hand delivery of its products as specified in the order form. 
  
• ClickHubli.com will deliver exactly the same item displayed. However, in certain unavoidable circumstances arising due to non-availability of products it reserves the right to deliver approximately similar kind of product. If similar kind of product is not available, ClickHubli.com will inform the sender to change the order or wait until it becomes available.
  
• ClickHubli.com is not responsible if perishable gift item spoils before it reaches the recipient due to absence of recipient at home.
  
• Please place the order for embroidered sarees minimum 15 days before as the hand embroidery work takes min 10-15 days. The thread colors may vary from the displayed picture
