Electronic- Shopping segment is for flowers, cakes, sweets, chocolates & other gifts; we deliver gifts throughout India. Customers can select particular city and add to the cart. Shipping charges vary for different cities.
The prices on our site are in US dollars and Indian rupees; we deliver fresh flowers to almost 170 cities throughout India.
Your gift items will be delivered within 10.00 am to 8.00pm. Customers looking for midnight delivery should order through midnight delivery page. We deliver from 11.00pm to 12.00am to selected cities in India.
In case if the recipient rejects or refuses to accept the order for any reasons or unavailable on the said address the order will be fully charged by Giftwithluv.com.
Important Note: We accept extra delivery charge over and above 50 Kms throughout India.
Customers can make payment in US dollars through credit cards:
We offer guidance for order placement and payment can be done through CC Avenue; it is a verisign protected company.
CC Avenue is our reliable credit card service source, the orders on buyer’s credit card will be charged by CC Avenue. We accept major credit cards such as Visa, American Express, Discover, Master card.
We offer two modes of payment options:
1. For Indian Customers:
a) Credit card payment in US dollars.
b) Cash/Credit/Draft payment in Indian rupees.
We charge Rs 25 extra for outstation cheque.
On spot cash on delivery is available for Hubli-Dharwad customers.

For customers outside India:
a) Credit card payment in US dollars.
Customers will be directed to place order and pay through CC Avenue, a VeriSign Secured Company.
We are associated with CC Avenue.com, our main credit card service source, the orders will be charged on customer’s credit card by CC Avenue.
Major credit cards like Master card, Visa, Discover, American Express are accepted by us. Select “other countries” for different location in the shopping cart.
Unpreservable items like sweets, cakes, flowers are delivered to the recipient at one time.
In case the delivery is unsuccessful or not accomplished due to unavailability of the recipient at the address/ acceptance refusal/ wrong address/ premises locked in these cases the order will be charged.
Giftwithluv.com or its partners will not be able to accept any returns of refused or rejected items.
We guarantee gorgeous handmade arrangement and they differ from image presentation. However we will try that your flower arrangement is replicated to the description given.
Giftwithluv.com will not be responsible for late/missed deliveries due to difficulties like bad weather conditions, curfew and incorrect address.
Giftwithluv.com is not responsible for charges more than trade cost of products; we have the right to set aside our services without any explanation during difficult situations.
Giftwithluv.com will offer its best for timely delivery; delay/ early delivery for different reasons will not permit the user for any damages or reimbursement.
Giftwithluv.com will not take any responsibility for the following reasons:
Incorrect-delivery if the recipient of the gift has provided wrong address in the order form.
Damages caused to the gift.
Not succeed to handover the gift to the concerned person on the order form.
Wrong person accepts the gift on the recipient’s behalf pretending him/ her to be the correct person.
The item presented on this site does not come with warranties of any kind. Giftwithluv.com does not assure any warranty, we are not responsible for defective pieces of items, we will not assure exact item presented on this site.
The delivery of gifts will be hand delivered to the said address as mentioned on the order form.
Giftwithluv.com will try to deliver the exact product displayed; in case of non availability of particular gifts we try to deliver products similar to the ordered item.
Due to unavoidable situations if the item is not found, we will intimate the sender to change the order or wait till the product is available.
Giftwithluv.com is not responsible for perishable gifts, if the items spoil before delivery due to situations like recipient is unavailable at the address, wrong address and other reasons.
For embroidered sarees please place the order minimum 15 days before as it takes 10-15 days to get finished product. The thread colors may vary due to display picture.
Important Note: Photographs and the substance is the sole property of the owner Ms.Deepali Gotadke. Replication without owner’s permission is an offence.
Please note: The bank charges will not be refunded; in case of non availability of services in particular city/place refund is possible. Refund amount will be credited to your account in 10-15 business working days after cancellation of the order.
